"Everyone knows that dogs are the best thing ever but what if I told you there was a dog that understands football? Well… there is. As you will observe in the video above, Severa the dog was absolutely devastated when Portugal were eliminated from the World Cup. Unable to hide her feelings, her reaction will melt even the coldest of hearts.
