Last night's Mad Men featured one of the show's more disturbing moments. Spoilers follow for this week's episode.

Ginsberg, in the throes of a severe mental health crisis, presented Peggy with the gift of his severed nipple. Shocking! Gross! And totally in keeping with Mad Men's affection for gross and shocking moments.
